By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the bet1000 platform at bet1000.cc, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering your account, you agree to:

bet1000 reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time, including during the registration process, before processing any withdrawal, or when suspicious activity is detected. Verification may require submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

All financial transactions on the bet1000 platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). bet1000 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your bet1000 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are credited within one (1) business day of confirmed receipt. bet1000 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit limits, which are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Any active bonus funds must satisfy applicable wagering requirements before the associated balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• bet1000 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.

bet1000 reserves the right to reverse a withdrawal request and return funds to your account balance if the request does not comply with these Terms or if a security review is required. You will be notified of any such action via your registered contact details.

bet1000 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general terms set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Player: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available to one account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device.

• Modification and Withdrawal: bet1000 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification.

All bets placed on the bet1000 platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product — including casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, slots, and bingo. General betting rules applicable across all products include the following:

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the player.
• bet1000 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error or human error on the part of the platform.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or event, the decision of bet1000's management shall be final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

• Bets placed using bonus funds are subject to the wagering restrictions applicable to the relevant bonus offer.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, bet1000 will use all reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state and settle the bet fairly. Where reconstruction is not possible, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.

For sports betting specifically, all events are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time at the discretion of bet1000.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet1000 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether in your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be forfeited.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the platform.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your account, or accessing or using any other player's account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward bet1000 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the platform's software or security systems.

bet1000 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes active.

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the platform without prior written consent from bet1000.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the platform.
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorized use of bet1000's intellectual property is a breach of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws, for which bet1000 reserves the right to seek all available legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bet1000 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service offered thereon.
• Technical failures, errors, or delays in the platform's software or infrastructure.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any reliance placed on information or content published on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bet1000's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

The bet1000 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

bet1000 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a request or order from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also request voluntary closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure does not affect any outstanding obligations you may have to bet1000.

bet1000 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bet1000 platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
